Step 1: Select Your Vehicle
Visit our homepage www.autocraftrussia.com to see our stock of more than 1,000 cars and trucks, each one with photos and details. Stock lists are updated everyday.
NOTE : If you are interested in receiving a special vehicle that is not on the current lists, please contact us to receive a special request order form. Special request orders require a 50% advance payment before we purchase the vehicle.

Step 2: Order a Free Quotation
To request a free quotation for the vehicles you want you can:
a)Search our stock,click on stock_id and enter into stock details page,click the “Order Your Vehicle” button.
OR
b)Fill our Customer servcies Order Form or fax (81-80-3539-9296)
We will send you an invoice with a complete estimate within one business day you’re your request. This will contain the full cost of the vehicle, shipment and extras, as well as payment information.

Step 3: Complete the Payment
1) After receiving your quotation, if you decide to purchase a vehicle, complete the payment promptly.
2) Please send us a copy of PROOF OF PAYMENT (bank receipt) by fax or email after you complete the payment

Step 4: Your Vehicle is Shipped
When the payment is cleared, we will send you a confirmation email and we will begin the shipping procedure. Our shipping department will contact you when the delivery dates are confirmed, this usually takes about 2 weeks.
We will also send you the documentation necessary to receive the vehicle by courier (UPS etc) and send you confirmation email with the tracking number.
NOTE : For vehicle with Durban as destination port the use of a Clearing agent is compulsory. Unless you have a preferred Clearing Agent that you prefer, we will send the documents to the agent that usually works with us.

Step 5: Receive Your Vehicle
Once your vehicle arrives at the port of destination, use the original documents to pick up the vehicle. It is better to get support from a Clearing Agent.
NOTE :Any clearance charges and customs duties will have to be paid, on arrival of the vehicle, to the relevant persons and/or authorities. We are unable to do this from Japan.
NOTE : Remember that the vehicle has been unused for quite a while during the transportation: check oil, water and battery levels before using the vehicle.
